Use the list of suggested websites on the blog to help you. The source of the news must be legitimate. No ‘fake news’! Be prepared to share your research with the class. Please word process your findings and then the links can be shared on the blog.


Key questions to think about:
  • How influential is the President of the USA?
  • What is the role of Congress?
  • How does the Supreme Court protect rights?
  • Is the constitution relevant today?
  • Is there ‘democratic overload’ in the USA?
  • Are pressure groups too powerful?
  • How do Americans participate in politics?
